About RxAll Drug Mart — Pill Identifier
A free pill identifier that matches the code stamped on a tablet or capsule against the FDA's own published label records.
RxAll Drug Mart exists for one job: helping you work out what a pill matches, quickly and without an account, a paywall or an app install. You type the imprint; the site searches 3,826 distinct pill records built from FDA drug labels (DailyMed / openFDA) and shows you the matching medicines with their recorded colour, shape, size and labeler.
What this site is not
- It is not a pharmacy. We do not sell, supply or link to sellers of medicines.
- It is not medical advice. Identification is reference information; decisions about any medicine belong to you and your pharmacist or prescriber.
- It does not certify pills. A match means a pill matches an FDA label description — counterfeit pills copy real imprints, so only an in-person check can confirm an identity.
How we work
Our records are regenerated from fresh FDA label exports, deduplicated so the same pill sold under many package codes appears once, and published in waves so quality can be checked as the database grows. The full method and the known gaps in the data are documented on the methodology page. If you find an error, please tell us — corrections are part of the product.
